Injury Management Specialist

As a vital part of our team, you will support injured employees, line managers, and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful and sustainable return to work outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough and factual investigations for serious workplace injuries.
- Manage workers' compensation claims from lodgement through to closure, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with medical practitioners, insurers, and internal teams to drive return to work outcomes.
- Provide ongoing advice and coaching to line managers and supervisors on claims handling and injury management best practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely records, case notes, and documentation in our system.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Victorian Workers Compensation legislation, with familiarity across other state and national frameworks desirable.
