The Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in the efficient operation of our veterinary clinic.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Mentor, motivate and lead a team of veterinary professionals and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and client satisfaction.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes excellent teamwork and camaraderie.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management and facility maintenance, to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning.
- Ensure compliance with relevant veterinary standards and regulations.
- Client Relations:
- Build strong relationships with clients to provide a positive experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
- Financial Management:
- Work closely with regional management to achieve financial targets and budgets.
- Monitor and manage clinic financial performance, including invoicing and accounts receivable.
- Marketing and Community Engagement:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and attract new clients.
- Engage with local communities to increase awareness of our services.
