Are you an established doctor working within fertility with a person-centred approach, searching for an opportunity to shape the landscape of inclusive fertility care in Queensland?

We are hiring for a progressive new IVF clinic bringing fresh thinking, advanced technology, and a deep commitment to ensuring that inclusive fertility care is the priority, not an afterthought.

We are seeking an experienced fertility consultant to lead a dynamic clinical team and ensure exceptional standards of patient care and industry leading success rates.

Responsibilities
  • Be involved in the creation of a brand new inclusive fertility clinic in Queensland.
  • Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and deliver personalised treatment plans.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure that the patient experience is at the forefront of clinic operations.
  • Contribute to the development of clinic protocols, policies, and operational workflows.
Qualifications
  • Full medical registration with Australian Medical Board (or eligibility for full registration) with experience in a fertility clinic setting.
  • Either an existing Medical Director or an experienced consultant, ready to take the next steps in their career.
  • A Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG) or equivalent
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Passionate about equitable care and creating inclusive patient experiences.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
