Director of Clinical Operations

Take on a leadership role overseeing two high-performing clinics in Byron Bay and the Gold Coast. As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for driving performance across both locations, leading empowered teams to uphold excellence in service and client care.
Key areas of focus include executing business strategies aligned with growth targets, reviewing KPIs and financials to drive performance, and managing recruitment, rostering, and team development. Additionally, you will implement efficient operational systems and processes, support marketing initiatives to boost client acquisition and retention, and uphold compliance with industry standards and brand protocols.
This is a commercially savvy, people-focused role that requires exceptional leadership and communication skills. You must be an analytical thinker with a talent for turning data into strategy, organised, adaptable, and confident managing fast-paced environments.
About This Role- Proven experience in operations or multi-site leadership, ideally in beauty, wellness, or healthcare
