Position: Casual Clinic Receptionist
Location: Bundall, Gold Coast
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
Hours: Monday 12pm-8pm & Tuesday 10am-6pm
About Us: Angel Aesthetics is QLD's busiest cosmetic clinic with our flagstaff Clinic In Brisbane providing a high end, luxurious experience for patients, leading the way in advanced cosmetic injecting treatments. We pride ourselves on providing an outstanding patient experience and results.
Early next year we will be opening a new state of the art clinic in Brisbane. A experience never seen before in the world of Cosmetics in Australia.
Role and Responsibilities: As the Receptionist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Making strong connections with clients to ensure their experience is personable.
- Managing appointment scheduling and ensuring optimal utilisation of clinic resources.
- Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information to clients.
- Managing patient records, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Coordinating with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Assisting with billing and payment processing, and maintaining financial records.
- Collaborating with marketing and social media teams to promote clinic services.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area.
- Demonstrating a genuine commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Working closely with management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative, preferably in a medical or cosmetic setting.
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Knowledge of cosmetic procedures and terminology is a plus.
