Job Description
The Design Lead - Women's Health Acute and Ambulatory is responsible for designing and implementing an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for maternity services at Monash Health. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as expertise in EMR technology and healthcare knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the EMR system for maternity services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the system meets their needs
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for users
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in EMR design and implementation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Expertise in Oracle Health EMR technology
- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations
