About the Role

As a Lead Mental Health Physician in the Monash Dandenong Adult Mental Health Service, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality psychiatry services that meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership through active involvement in patient care and support academic, research, education, training & supervision roles in the Dandenong Adult Mental Health Service
  • Support the Adult Psychiatry Unit's outreach services within Monash Health and contribute to ongoing service improvement and clinical and workforce innovation
  • Contribute to the professional and corporate life of Monash Health by participation in appropriate committees and fora
Requirements
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Appropriate health professional tertiary qualifications
  • Fellowship of the RANZCP or equivalent
