We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Occupational Therapists to join our large Occupational Therapy team.
As an Occupational Therapist at Monash Health, you will work collaboratively with inclusive and passionate Occupational Therapy and Allied Health staff to provide excellent, evidence-based care for patients and their families/carers. You will have the opportunity to gain clinical experience across the continuum of care, including acute medical and surgical streams, neurosciences, sub-acute rehabilitation streams and community based care teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care to patients and their families/carers
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
