The Manager, Enquiries and Stakeholder Support leads a diverse and front facing service support team to support a range of stakeholders from across the state. The incumbent manages a range of platforms supporting information exchange and advice to stakeholders and fostering a culture of exceptional customer assistance, providing timely support and offering high-quality service solutions to support better outcomes for children and families.

The Manager, Enquiries and Stakeholder Support leads the Information Sharing and MARAM enquiry line and learning management system, has exceptional communication and presentation skills to support services implementing the Victorian Government's Child Information Sharing Reforms. To be successful in this role you will have strong stakeholder management skills, communications skills and project management experience.

Key areas of focus include a number of the following:

- Lead the management of Whole of Victorian Government information systems to support organisations to implement the Scheme, including the Information Sharing and MARAM Learning Management System, an Information Sharing Entity database, and Enquiry Line.
- Deliver stakeholder engagement and communications planning for Education workforces and broader workforces participating in the Child Information Sharing Reforms.
- Lead the development of key communication resources for Whole of Victorian Government and Education workforces, including websites, presentations, fact sheets, information packs and videos. This includes contracting of resources as needed.
- Provide people management and leadership for the Enquiries and Stakeholder Support team
- support the Director and leadership with any other tasks as required.

The position will also work collaboratively across teams in the Stakeholders, Implementation and Training Branch and with teams in other Branches in the Victorian Child Information Sharing Division and the broader Department to ensure work is aligned and to create a positive and productive work culture.
