Job Description:

This is a key role that provides high-level support to our Senior Leadership Team.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing executive correspondence.
  • Plan and arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Handle any last-minute changes efficiently.
  • Organise and coordinate high-level meetings, conferences, and events, preparing agendas, distributing materials, and ensuring seamless logistics aligned with leadership priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules and multiple priorities.
  • Energetic & strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident when liaising with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience of at least 2+ years in an executive support role, handling high-level administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
