This is a senior leadership role that requires an individual with excellent leadership and organizational skills to oversee the delivery of customer service in accordance with operational schedules and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain productivity and performance standards, including regular performance assessments
  • Lead by example and perform all duties of a driver
  • Train and induct new workers
  • Coordinate work within designated areas
