Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and supervise daily store operations, supporting and developing the team to ensure outstanding service is provided to customers.

  • The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience and demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations.
  • They should also have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge and be physically capable of performing the duties of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Store Managers to lead the team and manage operations to achieve success
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers
