Senior Accommodation Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Accommodation Operations Manager to lead our dynamic team.
Main Responsibilities:
- To supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Front Office and outsourced services of Housekeeping and security.
- To work collaboratively with sales and revenue departments to optimise RevPar.
- To champion high standards of cleanliness and maintenance across our rooms and all public areas through implementing systems, procedures and leading by example.
- To thoroughly analyse performance metrics and guest feedback and provide reporting as required.
- To continuously innovate in service delivery and strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- You're an experienced accommodation operations leader with at least 3 years in luxury lifestyle, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- You are confident on operating on property management systems.
- You take ownership, solve problems, and make effective decisions.
- You are methodical and have a process-driven approach to tasks but are also flexible and calm especially in times of tight deadlines.
- You're all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience.
