Receival Point Operator Role

The role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of a grain receiving team, overseeing the receiving of inbound grain shipments, ensuring accurate recording and segregation, operating and maintaining receiving equipment, and enforcing safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

The successful candidate will possess high-level interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and carry out tasks to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. They will also have experience in a warehouse or grain handling environment, ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment, valid Western Australian C class driver's license, and be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the grain receiving team
  • Oversee the receiving of inbound grain shipments, ensuring accurate recording and segregation
  • Operate and maintain receiving equipment
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Enforce safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
