Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our regional radio market in South Australia, responsible for the effective running of Power FM & 5MU. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in achieving sustained, profitable long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the market plan, manage the P&L to ensure revenue targets are met, and support national advertising initiatives to increase revenue share.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership of the market team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Content and Promotions: Work with programming to maximise local content and drive a strong promotional calendar to engage with the community.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience managing a small-medium sized business, ideally within the radio or media industry.
  • A broad understanding of the media landscape, including radio, audio, digital, and other competing media.
  • Financial numeracy and an understanding of Profit & Loss statements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
