**Our Client**:
Our client is a reputable, long-standing franchise agency based on the Upper North Shore and hosts a team of top performing, industry professionals. We are on the hunt for someone who can provide seamless, sales support enabling their business to reach new levels of excellence.

This role will suit someone who has a genuine passion for helping and who is considerably a team player. You will be required to provide administrative and sales support to the sales team. It’s crucial to your success that you are able to confidently speak with potential buyers, future sellers and anyone else who wants to buy, sell, rent or even just admire the offerings of our Sydney property market

**About the Role**:

- Liaise with vendors and buyers to ensure they are receiving quality real estate services
- Provide end-to-end administrative support
- Assist in the operations of open homes and private buyer inspections
- Research and identify new listing opportunities
- Daily support of sales-based activities including but not limited to phone prospecting
- Assisting in the follow up of sales contracts and other documentation between exchange and settlement
- Provide accurate and seamless diary management for team
- Respond for and on behalf of sales team in a timely fashion
- Coordination of site meetings and building inspections
- Assist in generation of marketing collateral such as brochures, price list, master plans, community event campaigns, property signage and property photoshoot coordinations
- Manage social media and other platforms of advertising where required
- Maintain and manage all data entry into CRM and sales software

**About you**:

- Experience within Real Estate experience is essential
- Must have strong attention to detail and be able to catch on to procedures and policy easily
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fantastic organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure whilst managing multiple projects
- An ability to work autonomously and is trustworthy
- Experience with MS Office
- You have a current Certificate of Registration in Real Estate
- Must own a car and hold a current driver's license

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
