About the Role:- This is a hands-on leadership position that involves building high-performing teams, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving commercial success.
- We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in customer success, sales operations, or program management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build and operationalize CRM-enabled processes, improve customer workflows, and optimize dashboards to track key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Customer Support Representatives, fostering a culture of high performance and excellent customer service.
- Oversee day-to-day customer service operations, including escalations, complex inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal partners to streamline workflows, enhance processes, and improve system efficiency.
- Drive customer engagement through proactive outreach, consultative conversations, and upsell opportunities.
- Work closely with leadership to support sales and revenue targets, ensuring the team meets their quotas.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in customer success, sales operations, or program management.
- Minimum 3 years' people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and day-to-day oversight of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and demonstrated success working cross-functionally.
