We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our high-performing customer experience team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for coaching, motivating and supporting a team of Customer Engagement Advisors to deliver world-class service to customers, service partners and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to your team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Ensure operational excellence by acting as a point of escalation and contributing to the ongoing evolution of our customer experience.
  • Become an inspiring brand ambassador for the company, fostering enduring professional relationships with customers on their buying process via online portals.
  • Work closely with support functions from headquarters and marketing initiatives as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience with quality assurance frameworks and associated coaching programs is highly advantageous.
  • Superb verbal communication and excellent writing skills.
  • Experience in contact centre environments, email case management and strong data and analysis skills.
  • Experience with live chat case handling, well-developed technical skills, social media proficiency, and advanced Microsoft Office abilities.
