About the Role:

Schneider Electric Norge AS is a leading provider of digital transformation solutions for the energy management and automation industry. We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our Projects Team within our Digital Buildings Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project delivery excellence, financial performance, and client relationships
  • Support the development of team members to excel in their roles and progress in their careers
  • Maintain strong relationships with key contractors to drive recurring work and minimize the risk of disputes
  • Drive a high-performance department culture with direct and peer teams
  • Maintain high levels of communication with clients and staff
  • Manage people within the Projects department, including performance appraisals, improvement plans, and career reviews

Requirements:

  • Project Management or commercial management qualification (preferred)
  • Extensive established contacts within the local construction industry
  • Project Management experience in construction
  • Successful team leadership experience, including engineers
  • Contract negotiation experience
  • Industry knowledge in Building Management Systems, Security Systems, Mechanical Services, Electrical Services, or similar
