Job Summary

  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator, Recruiter, or in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the initial onboarding process, conducting one-on-one consultations to understand each person's unique skills and experience.
  • Provide hands-on support for professional profile development.
  • Facilitate recruitment process coaching and conduct feedback sessions to ensure preparedness.
  • Assist in the delivery of training and professional development sessions.
  • Research and provide resources on current job market trends and industry demands.
