As HR Manager, you will:

- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Lead the **talent acquisition process**, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

- Support leadership in setting and achieving **company-wide objectives and key results (OKRs)**.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
- Manage the **onboarding and offboarding** processes for a seamless employee experience.
- Drive **company culture**, leading the culture committee and organising key events.
- Oversee **office operations** and assist with travel management.
- Foster a **positive and engaging work environment** that supports employee growth and satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven HR experience**, ideally in a high-growth or financial services environment.
- Expertise in **talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Strong knowledge of **HR policies, legal compliance, and best practices**.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
