Role: Human Resources Business Partner

  • Contract role (till end November 2025)

  • Part-time (4 days per week)

  • Office Location: Cremorne

Role scope:

Support HR Director and HR Managers with business partnering combined with project work.

Skillset / Experience required:

  • Strong Employee Relations experience.

  • Policy Writing experience.

  • Understanding of Fair Work and Modern Awards.

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Sharepoint, OneDrive).

  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) skills.
