As an HR Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the onboarding process, conducting one-on-one consultations, providing hands-on support for professional profile development, facilitating recruitment process coaching, and delivering training and professional development sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professional Profile Development: Provide hands-on support to employees in creating and maintaining their professional profiles, including resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and online presence management.
  • Recruitment Process Coaching: Facilitate recruitment process coaching for hiring managers and interview teams, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to make informed hiring decisions.
  • Training and Professional Development Sessions: Deliver training and professional development sessions to employees, focusing on topics such as talent management, client support, and human resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a Related Field: A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required for this role. Relevant fields include business administration, organizational behavior, and industrial relations.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as an HR coordinator, recruiter, or in a similar role is essential for this position. A strong understanding of HR principles and practices is necessary to succeed in this role.
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must for this role. The ability to build trust and rapport with diverse individuals and communicate effectively with employees at all levels is critical.
