Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of up to 300 business accounts over the phone, providing outstanding client experiences and fostering trusted customer relationships.
- Deliver profitable sales growth by understanding customers' unique business requirements and tailoring solutions to help them achieve their goals.
- Develop a deep client understanding, ensuring client satisfaction contributes to long-term business success through strategic account management.
- Engage in high-quality customer conversations with a tailored and consultative approach.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
About You
You are a proactive and customer-centric individual with superior time management ability. This, coupled with your background in sales and strategic out-of-the-box thinking, will see you excel in this role. In addition, you will have:
- Strong consultative sales experience within a B2B environment.
- Experience with phone/video-based sales, with experience making proactive outbound calls.
- Ability to identify opportunities for sales growth within your customer base.
- Proven ability to problem-solve, offer solutions, and negotiate, thriving in an activity-focused role.
- An eagerness to learn and build a career in sales.

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
