Are you a skilled sales professional looking for a new challenge?
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Victoria Point, working full-time in a permanent position.
- Lead customer interactions and development team communication.
- Prepare responses to customer inquiries and correspondence, collaborating with team members when needed.
- Summarize interactions and escalate issues requiring management resolution.
- Schedule appointments with customers.
- Input interactions into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
- Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Take ownership of customer requests and follow through to ensure satisfaction.
As a successful candidate, you will need:
- Strong experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or property administration.
- Ideally previous experience in the property industry.
- A customer-centric approach and attitude.
- Experience using CRM systems is highly desirable but not essential.
- A Queensland Sales Certificate would be beneficial.
