At Provum Ventures, we're seeking a highly experienced Financial Operations Director to lead our financial operations and drive business success.

We're a forward-thinking group delivering expert support services to three brands operating in the aged care, disability services, and allied health and fitness sectors. With a strong focus on operational efficiency and sustainable growth, we partner with our service delivery brands to provide strategic financial guidance that drives business results.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work directly with our owners and founders, influencing key business decisions and ensuring the financial stability of our growing enterprise. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping our financial strategy and contributing to our continued success.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A CA or CPA qualification
  • Demonstrated senior finance experience with proven leadership in managing local and offshore teams
  • Strong experience in tax advisory services, including corporate tax, GST, and other business taxes
  • Proven leadership ability to provide clear direction, set high standards, and delegate work appropriately and fairly
