Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Director to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a retail hub, ensuring the satisfaction of stakeholders and optimal investment returns for the centres within the hub.

About the Role:
  • Lead the Centre Management Team and foster a positive team culture to achieve organisational goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for achieving long-term asset value improvements, managing budgets, overseeing compliance, and driving customer service excellence. A key part of this role is to identify opportunities for improvement and drive supplementary income opportunities, while managing operational costs efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior retail management or centre management role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, financial management, and reforecasting.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and demonstrated resilience, agility, and customer excellence.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have the required experience and skills, please apply below.
