Job Title: Government Communications Specialist

As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert communication services to government officials and supporting the management of ministerial correspondence.

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in preparing high-level confidential correspondence. Your ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines is essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar position, preferably within the government sector. Previous experience in asset management, facilities operations, and information management will also be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing correspondence, briefings, and responses to complex matters
  • Assisting with the review of asset-related policies, procedures, and guidelines for effective asset and facilities management operations
  • Providing support to government officials as requested
  • Managing high volumes of information to ensure quality strategies and protocols concerning information management are embedded
