Accounts Payable Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join RAA as an Accounts Payable Clerk, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and controlling the Association's Accounts Payable process from start to finish. As an integral link between RAA's external suppliers and internal business units, you will be responsible for processing End of Month tasks and accruals, preparing Corporate Credit Card cost allocations, reconciling supplier statements, and resolving payment queries promptly and accurately.
About YouWe are seeking a confident and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you should possess sound knowledge of the accounts payable function, previous experience with Finance One (Tech One) is desirable, and previous clerical experience in an accounts payable with some reconciliation experience. You should also have exceptional numeracy and accuracy skills, outstanding problem-solving and resolution skills, and sound knowledge of spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
