Job Description

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available individual to work for a well-established company in the financial sector. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and accurate Accounts Payable Specialist who enjoys being part of a social team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full function accounts payable, including manually processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements to invoices.
  • Daily bank reconciliation and reconciling expenses, including credit cards and staff expenses.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Process employee expenses monthly and assist with month-end closing.
  • Reconciling of general ledger accounts and tracking expenses.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist who has exposure to end-to-end accounts payable experience, with strong high-volume reconciliation and attention to detail skills. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and experience with large ERP systems and basic Excel skills.
