Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available individual to work for a well-established company in the financial sector. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and accurate Accounts Payable Specialist who enjoys being part of a social team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Full function accounts payable, including manually processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements to invoices.
- Daily bank reconciliation and reconciling expenses, such as credit cards and staff expenses.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and management.
- Process employee expenses monthly and assist with month-end closing.
- Reconciling of general ledger accounts and tracking expenses.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Exposure to end-to-end accounts payable experience, with strong high-volume reconciliation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with a Large ERP system and basic Excel skills.
- Ability to start immediately and commit to a 3-month contract with possible extension.
