About the Role

This role presents an opportunity to work with a team of rural property specialists who bring tailored expertise and a specialist focus. The team provides researched and thorough valuation advice across various agribusiness property types, including large scale beef and sheep grazing, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries and cellar door enterprises, horticulture, sugar production from cane to crystals, Irrigation, blood stock breeding, training and agistment, dairies, piggeries, post farm gate, seafood, water entitlements / water in isolation.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide researched and thorough valuation advice across various agribusiness property types, including large scale beef and sheep grazing, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries and cellar door enterprises, horticulture, sugar production from cane to crystals, Irrigation, blood stock breeding, training and agistment, dairies, piggeries, post farm gate, seafood, water entitlements / water in isolation.
Requirements
  • An Associate Member of the API and a Registered Valuer with at least 2 to 5 years' experience post CPV qualification.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts.
  • Valid Australian drivers' license.
  • Commercial awareness of the formulation and implementation of strategy.
  • Problem solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions.

We are looking for individuals who can think critically and strategically, bringing a high level of commercial awareness to this role. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with our team and clients.
