Agribusiness Valuation Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Valuer to join our Agribusiness team.

As a Senior Valuer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality valuation advice to clients across various agribusiness sectors.

Our team consists of rural property specialists with extensive knowledge of the industry, and we are committed to delivering exceptional results to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agricultural markets, a solid track record in valuation, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert valuation advice to clients across various agribusiness sectors.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform valuation decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and industry experts.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in agricultural valuation.

Requirements:

  • Associate Member of the API and Registered Valuer with at least 2-5 years' experience post-CPV qualification.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Valid Australian driver's license and commercial awareness.
  • Problem-solving and analytical ability to generate information for sound business decisions.
