As a workforce planning specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for owning and managing data logic changes to Kronos Dimensions, ensuring accurate labour task and rate reflections. You will also act as a workforce planning subject matter expert, creating process maps and embedding an understanding of Kronos Dimensions with stakeholders.
In this role, you will identify issues and opportunities for improvement and streamline processes. You will develop and implement a consistent approach to data and logic, and play a key role in forecasting labour, utilizing a logical approach to distributing hours to support the business.
About You and Your Skills:
To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated experience with business process analysis, work standards development, and operations logic documentation. You will also have strong research and data analysis skills, relating detail to big picture requirements and presenting recommendations.
You will have experience managing operational projects or change initiatives, with a proven ability to deliver under pressure. You will also be able to work effectively in cross-functional teams, developing strong relationships and coaching others as a trusted advisor.
