Lead the Development of Group Learning Programs
Job DescriptionThis role involves coordinating group learning and development initiatives across teams.
- Develop engaging training content that aligns with company standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring training programs.
- Coordinating LMS administration to ensure seamless access and tracking.
- Delivering training through various formats including online modules and role plays.
- Conducting quality assurance activities to maintain high standards.
- Analysing feedback to improve training content and delivery methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related technologies.
- Expertise in eLearning tools like Articulate and Adobe Captivate.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs.
