Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our environmental initiatives and ensure sustainable practices across our operations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to minimize our environmental impact, promote sustainability, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainability action plans to minimize environmental impact.
  • Provide expert advice and support on environmental matters to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into business processes.
  • Conduct regular environmental audits, assessments, and inspections to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Investigate environmental incidents, distill valuable lessons, and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze environmental performance data to uncover trends and develop insightful reports.
  • Engage with regulatory agencies, external consultants, clients, and third-party organizations on environmental matters.
  • Design and deliver engaging environmental training programs and awareness campaigns to educate employees.
  • Assess sustainability risks and opportunities and assist in the development of environmental management plans for new projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental management or sustainability.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
