- Policy Development: Collaborate with HR teams and senior management to develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies and policies.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor organisational change processes and provide advice to managers and employees to mitigate the risk of disputation and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
- Investigations and Reporting: Conduct investigations into employee complaints and provide reports to management.
