Operations Leader Role

The Operations Leader plays a pivotal role in driving efficiency and excellence in service standards. This key position requires a dedicated professional with exceptional leadership qualities, who can foster a supportive team culture and inspire high performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations to enhance customer satisfaction by gaining efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with departments to implement solutions that drive business improvement.
  • Prioritize staff development, aligning individual and operational performance with organizational strategy.
  • Foster a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional customer service and agent support.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Transport Management/Operations Management, leading a team of over 30.
  • Proven expertise in road transport, express, or general transport, with knowledge of Linehaul, PUD, and warehouse staffing advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, set direction for commercial growth, and develop effective communication skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, enabling exceptional leadership and team motivation.
