As the Operations Excellence Manager, you will be at the forefront of our service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily activities to consistently meet targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Develop streamlined processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
- Drive performance through effective planning, cost control, and budget management.
- Foster a high-performance team culture, empowering employees to deliver results.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, embedding a Zero Harm culture.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives using lean and agile methodologies.
- Degree in Business Administration or Trade Certification.
- Proven experience in operational management (manufacturing, repairs, or mining services preferred).
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with a track record of delivering operational results.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
