Job Title: Senior Partner Sales Manager

This role involves working with Global System Integrators (GSIs) to facilitate Ubuntu-based solutions and opportunities.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture customer requirements, evaluate gaps, identify and create opportunities.
  • Develop strategic relationships with partners at multiple levels and foster stickiness with Ubuntu technology.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in alliance or indirect sales management roles is essential.
  • A deep understanding of Linux and cloud software ecosystem, as well as open source selling models.
  • Able to negotiate contracts and commercial business terms.
  • Familiarity with partner organizations and sales models, particularly Global System Integrators.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with marketing, sales engineering and product management teams.
  • Ability to lead executive interlocks between partners and Canonical leadership.
  • Travel ability - up to 40% internationally.
Additional Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the industry.
  • A strong passion for Ubuntu products and mission.
