National Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned National Sales Director to lead our commercial team and drive revenue growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams and developing strategic sales plans.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the commercial function, including sales strategy development, sales forecasting, and performance management.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through partnerships, joint ventures, or other strategic collaborations.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS TO DRIVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND RETENTION.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and customers to ensure optimal pricing and terms.
  • Lead and manage the commercial team, including hiring, training, and performance development.
  • Develop pricing strategies and ensure profitability of products and services.
  • Monitor and report on the financial performance of the commercial department.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • A background in the automotive industry and car repairs would be advantageous.
  • Strong customer focus and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Confident negotiation and rapport-building skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team.
