About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Marriott Hotels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing menu development, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food production, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency in food production, presentation, and service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas, recipes, and presentation styles.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, as well as company policies and procedures.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and quality food production. You will have a strong background in culinary arts, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will be a team player, with excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for innovation and creativity in the kitchen.
