About the Role

The successful candidate will provide expert advice on employee relations, industrial relations, and employment law.

  • Support disciplinary matters and workplace investigations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Up to 3 years' experience in an HR function, with comprehensive exposure to IR, ER, and employee training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships with various stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and methodical approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize demands in a fast-paced environment.
