Room Attendant Job Summary\

The Room Attendant is a key role in ensuring the cleanliness and daily servicing of guest rooms and common areas at our hotel. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the facility\
  • Good understanding of security measures and procedures\
  • Undertake daily cleaning, replenishing and servicing of guest rooms and common areas\
  • Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines\
  • Identify and report all hazards or maintenance issues in guest rooms and common areas\
  • Maintain a high level of customer service\
  • Support in-house laundry requirements as needed\

    • Key Requirements:\
      • \
      • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry\
      • Understanding of manual handling and chemical handling practices\
      • Capable of operating effectively in a high-pressure environment\
      • Proven commitment to delivering and improving the customer service experience\
      • Willing and able to work flexible hours as determined by business requirements\
      • Paid Blue Card, or willingness to obtain\
