Job Description:

The role of Hotel Service Manager involves overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's concierge desk, including scheduling and task delegation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead and motivate the concierge team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • To welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression of the hotel
  • To manage luggage handling and valet parking services
  • To offer detailed information about hotel facilities and local attractions
  • To provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and tourism activities
  • To promote and explain the hotel's loyalty program to guests
  • To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the hotel entrance area
  • To handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
  • To collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
