Electrical Engineering Project Lead Role

As a seasoned professional in the field of Electrical and Instrumentation Services, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in managing projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver successful project outcomes by effectively managing regional financial and non-financial performance objectives, KPIs, and growth targets.
  • Provide strategic leadership and support to field teams to meet project and business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality KPIs throughout all project phases.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, local suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to field teams as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role with proven leadership capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and support field teams to achieve project goals.
  • Experience in electrical instrumentation services including EEHA Hazardous Area Inspections, LV/ELV Electrical Installations, and Critical Function Testing.
  • Commercial acumen and experience with CRM platforms and sales processes.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Project Management/Business Management Diploma or equivalent proven experience.
  • UEE30811 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent.
  • UEE31211 Certificate III in Instrumentation and Control.
  • UEE42622 Certificate IV in Hazardous Areas - Electrical.
