Electrical Engineer Project Lead Position

Job Title: Electrical Engineer Project Lead - Head of Technical Office.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced electrical engineer project lead to head our technical office. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of technical designs, plans, and specifications for electrical projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, and external contractors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for an individual with the following skills and qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical office or engineering firm.
  • Proven experience in managing electrical engineering projects, including design, implementation, and commissioning.
  • Proficient in 3D drawing software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, practices, and industry standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.
