We are seeking an expert to oversee the successful implementation of products, delivering onsite training and regular reporting on progress.

The role involves managing installations including hyper care immediately after go-live, escalating and resolving delivery issues as required in close coordination with the project team.

The candidate should have at least 2 years' experience delivering hardware installations within airport environments and be familiar with SaaS deployments in operational environments.

  • Deliver onsite product training covering operations, basic troubleshooting and maintenance best practices.
  • Manage the implementation process end-to-end, taking ownership of installations and ensuring customer expectations are met.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for regular transparent reporting on the progress of implementations and deployments to the project team.

This role may involve frequent travel to customer sites.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • At least 2 years' experience delivering hardware installations within airport environments.
  • Familiarity with SaaS deployments in operational environments.
  • Strong communication skills, stakeholder management ability, and confidence working in live operational environments under time pressure.
  • A self-starter approach with the ability to take ownership of installations and manage multiple stakeholders.
