Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an ICT Support Technician.

Job Description:

As an ICT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to staff across hardware, software, and mobile devices. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues, installing and configuring new equipment, and maintaining existing systems.

You will also assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring that all necessary steps are completed efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will work closely with the IT team to maintain and improve our systems and services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to staff across hardware, software, and mobile devices
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and improve systems and services in collaboration with the IT team
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for technology and problem-solving. You should also be able to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.

A degree or certification in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or a related discipline would be advantageous. Experience working in a similar role would also be beneficial.
