Job Title: Surveillance Digital Technician

We are seeking a skilled Surveillance Digital Technician to fill this exciting role.

  • This is an opportunity to be part of our security efforts, utilizing the latest surveillance and security technology to protect assets and people.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to and resolving faults, maintenance requests and equipment failures with the Surveillance CCTV system and other associated systems.
  • Providing technical support and training to operational teams using any surveillance managed systems.
  • Conducting preventative maintenance to CCTV cameras and systems, including hardware replacement programs.
  • Assisting with system updates throughout projects to reflect the operational layout of the system.
  • Assisting the Surveillance leadership team with various projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and WHS requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Certification in CCTV Installation or Security Equipment.
  • Extensive experience in Surveillance, IT operating systems and/or CCTV installations, programming, maintenance & repairs.
  • Experience using AutoCad, IP Networking, Windows Administration (Active Directory), Electronic repairs and fault finding.
  • A strong understanding of relevant statutory regulations and reporting requirements.
  • The ability to ensure compliance with business and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Currently holding or able to obtain a KE (Key Employee) license.
